The goal of these courses is to help students pass JLPT exam.
Each class will have minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 students.
All materials are made and provided by Goen Academy.
Tuition fee includes handouts, homework and homework feedback.

Practice makes perfect; especially for a Japanese Proficiency Exam. We will give you homework after each sessions and fix your mistakes if necessary.
Practices of Time Management
Language knowledge is not enough when you take an exam. Our courses not only teach but also coach you on time management.
Detailed feedbacks from the Instructor after each class
Mandy will give detailed feedbacks on your homework: What you have done well, what you need to improve and how to do so.
Free E-Textbook
Textbooks and workbooks written by Goen Academy will be distributed free to our students
Small Group Class
Up to 4 students a class.

How Our Online Classes Work
All you need is a laptop, tablet or mobile phone and a headset with a microphone
Simply click on the video conference link provided and join the class.
1 hour per lesson. 1 to 2 lessons per week.
Availability
N4 Course
For students who have passed N5 or equivalent level
25 weeks. 50 sessions.
1 hour each lesson.
Course structure:
- 19 weeks of learning N4 Vocabulary, Kanji, Grammar and Listening
- 6 weeks of coaching for the test: Getting used to test format, time management, mock tests.
Evening Class: Monday/Wednesday (7:00 - 8:00 PM) (Pacific Time)
Day Class: Tuesday/Friday (1:00 - 2:00PM) (Pacific Time)

N5 Course
For students who have finished Hiragana and Katakana
16 weeks. 32 sessions.
1 hour each lesson.
Course structure:
- 12 weeks of learning N5 Vocabulary, Kanji, Grammar and Listening
- 4 weeks of coaching for the test: Getting used to test format, time management, mock tests.
Evening Class: Monday/Wednesday (6:00 - 7:00 PM) (Pacific Time)
Day Class: Tuesday/Friday (2:00 - 3:00PM) (Pacific Time)

Systematic Step-by-Step Approach
Lessons are designed by topics. Vocabulary, kanji and grammar are arranged around these topics to help students understand and remember easily.
