This course is for students who are interested in developing kitchen skills, potentially following career pathways into Food & Hospitality.

  • How to plan, prepare and cook various meals

How will I be assessed?

Assessment will be based on the Australian Curriculum, Design & Technologies Achievement Standard.

Students will be assessed through:

  • Images of practical tasks
  • Written or video reports & investigations
  • Documenting the design process and construction of multiple food products
