Years 11 & 12 Formal 2025

We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 ľ¹ÏÓ°Ôº Senior Years Formal will be held on Thursday, June 26th, starting at 6:30 PM at the Hilton Adelaide.
This year’s theme is "Daydreaming"—a night to step into a world of magic, wonder, and endless possibilities. This special evening is exclusively for Year 11 and 12 students. Plus ones are welcome, but we kindly ask that they not be older than 25.

Cost: $100 per ticket ($0.50 booking fee)
Ticket Information
Students must purchase their tickets online using the link below by Friday, June 13th, 2025. If bringing a guest or support person, an additional ticket must be purchased.
When purchasing your ticket, you will be prompted to provide the name of your guest/support person ensuring you are seated together. Additionally, there will be an optional question allowing you to list other people you’d like to be seated with.

Accessibility, Carers and Support People
OAC values inclusion and access for all participants and is pleased to provide accommodations for this event. If you have accessibility needs or require a carer/support person to be present, please contact Harry Smith by email (Harry.Smith830@schools.sa.edu.au) to notify and allow us to establish what support we can extend to you on the night.
A designated sensory area will be available at the venue. This space is intended for carers/ support people to take their young person if they require a safe place.
Please note that carers / support people will need a ticket if they plan to attend the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring along aids to support their ability to access the event including noise cancelling headphones, augmentative and alternative communication devices (AAC), silent fidgets etc.
On the Night
The foyer outside the Grand ballroom on the first floor will be open from 6.30 pm for drinks. The event will conclude promptly at 10:30 PM, with staff on duty until 11:00 PM to ensure all students are safely collected.
Please note that this is a school event and staff have duty of care for all students throughout the evening. As a Department for Education School and in accordance with various policies, the following measures will be in place to ensure the safety of all students;
- All attendees will be signed in upon arrival and signed out at the conclusion of the event. Parent/guardian contact information will be readily available should staff need to get in touch.
- This is a mobile phone free event. Mobile phones brought to the event will be collected on arrival and securely stored. Phone can be collected at the conclusion of the event or as students leave. Mobile phone use will not be permitted during the event for all attendees. If a support person or parent needs to use their phone, we ask that they step outside to do so. Photos/video is not to be taken by any attendee. Should a student need to contact their parent/caregiver during the event, they can approach a staff member who will support them to make contact. If a parent needs to contact their student, a number will be provided before the event, and a staff member will assist with this communication.
- This is also a dry event and the use of alcohol, cigarettes, and vapes is strictly prohibited. Alcohol will not be served during the event. Any attendee found to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be directed to leave the event immediately and parent/caregiver will be notified.
